The Omcan CE-CN-0025 is a commercial-quality, gas floor fryer with a 50-pound oil capacity and an hourly output of 120,000 BTU. It's available with liquid propane or liquid propane. The fryer has a 439 stainless steel fry tank, which makes for easy cleaning, and cast iron burners.

2 chrome baskets are included with the fryer and its temperature range is 200° to 400° Fahrenheit (93° to 204° Celsius). There's a built-in heat defector, one nickel-plated tube rack, and one drain extension. Once the pilot is shut off, the gas supply is automatically cut off. The unit rests on 6-inch adjustable legs.

This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty, plus a 5-year warranty on the tank.
