It features an original, made-in-the-USA Microplane blade, and it eliminates the need for knife skills to evenly cut small peeled cloves. It's really easy to use. Simply remove the lid and place peeled cloves inside the hopper. Place the cover back on top and move the cover back and forth. Freshly cut garlic will fall into the clear-view lower chamber. Use the integrated removable scraper to scrape the bottom of the blade, as well as prepped garlic out of the container.
