A griddle with 90,000 BTU made in the USA

The Imperial ITG-36 is a 36" wide thermostatically controlled gas griddle with a full 24" plate depth for more cooking surface, and a 1" thick highly polished steel plate which will maintain even temperatures and assure quick recovery. This griddle has a total output of 90,000 BTU per hour and can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane.
