For an efficient drainage the drain valve for this unit is full port and 1.25 inches in diameter. There are four tube burners, each 30,000 BTUs. The thermostat is snap action, and has a range of 200 to 400° Fahrenheit (93 to 204° Celsius). Last but not least, this fryer has a large cold zone that traps food particles.
