An aluminum dough arm attachment ideal for mixing, stretching, and folding dough

This is an official Hobart brand "ED" spiral dough arm attachment for mixers. There is at least one option for each Legacy+ model: the HL120, HL200, HL300, HL400, HL600, HL662, HL800, and HL1400.

A spiral dough arm, or hook, is an agitator for mixing, stretching, and folding dough for bread and pizzas for example. With this dough arm attachment, it's recommended to use the mixer's first or second speed if it has 2 or 3; if it has 4 speeds, use the first, second, or third. This product has a solid, built-to-last aluminum construction (the HL40SS variant has a stainless steel construction).
