A stainless steel wire whip attachment ideal for beating egg whites and whipping cream

This is an official Hobart brand "D" wire whip attachment for mixers. There is at least one option for each Legacy+ model: the HL120, HL200, HL300, HL400, HL600, HL662, HL800, and HL1400.

A wire whip is an agitator designed to provide maximum air blending into lighter food products such as whipping cream and beating egg whites. It's recommended to use the mixer's third or fourth speed with this wire whip attachment. This product has a solid, built-to-last stainless steel construction.
