The Hobart IBEX is a high speed oven that utilizes solid state radio frequency (RF) technology in combination with convection heating to advance the world of digital cooking and baking, speeding up cooking times by up to 10x. This new method provides extra precision while delivering energy to food, reducing cold and hot spots, through real-time sensing of what's going on and adjusting automatically to accommodate the food's needs.

You can cook, bake, roast, and reheat chicken, fish, pastries, vegetables, and more in record time without any previous experience. For example, a tray of 24 chocolate fudge brownies takes about 30 minutes in a standard convection oven, but only 7:30 in the IBEX. 6 flatbread pizzas took 12 minutes in the standard convection oven and just 2:45 in the IBEX.

This oven has a dual-tray capacity so you don't have to wait as long - cook a large batch or multiple meals at once. It has certified fully ventless cooking capacity with catalytic converter. It only requires 2 button presses to start and features an intuitive 7-inch touch screen control panel that can store up to 600 recipes.

The Hobart IBEX is available with 4 electrical options and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.

A compatible workstation cart is also available, which features 2 storage compartments, storage for 12 1/2-size sheet pans, brushed aluminum handle, 4 360° swivel locking castors, and has a stainless steel construction.
