An efficient boilerless oven capable of fitting 12 full-sized pans

GBS CombiStar's FX122E2 is an electric multi-function combi oven with an LED display and digital controls. It features boilerless technology, which makes the oven more efficient and saves energy without reducing volume. It has a capacity of 12 full-size GN 1/1 pans. It can have 20 cooking programs with 4 steps.

The ECO function allows you to reduce water consumption during the washing and cooking processes. The power management system can increase the temperature level until the desired temperature is reached.

This oven also has the option for overpressure cooking with patent-pending technology. The also patent-pending steam generator provides steam constantly in the Steam and Combination Cooking modes.
