An efficient boilerless oven capable of fitting 10 full-sized pans

GBS CombiStar's FX101G2 is a gas multi-function combi oven with an LED display and digital controls. It features boilerless technology, which makes the oven more efficient and saves energy without reducing volume. It has a capacity of 10 full-size GN 1/1 pans and can have 20 cooking programs with 4 steps.

The ECO function allows you to reduce water consumption during the washing and cooking processes. The power management system can increase the temperature level until the desired temperature is reached.

This oven also has the option for overpressure cooking with patent-pending technology. The also patent-pending steam generator provides steam constantly in the Steam and Combination Cooking modes.
