An efficient boilerless oven capable of fitting 10 full-sized pans

GBS CombiStar's FX101-3 is a multi-function combi oven with an LED display and digital controls. It features boilerless technology, which makes the oven more efficient and saves energy without reducing volume. It has a capacity of 10 full-size GN 1/1 pans and is available in either gas or electric.

The ECO function allows you to reduce water consumption during the washing and cooking processes. The power management system can increase the temperature level until the desired temperature is reached. This oven also has the option for overpressure cooking with patent-pending technology. The also patent-pending steam generator provides steam constantly in the Steam and Combination Cooking modes.

The FX101E3 is one of CombiStar's Level 3 models, meaning it has some extra features that Level 2 models do not have, including 150 cooking programs that can be customized through 18 phases, a custom management page, a touch-sensitive controller, and a fully automatic, touchless sanitizing and washing system.
