The Garland Table Top Flat Slim Hob is a heavy-duty, expert-designed induction cooker and a member of the INSTINCT induction series. The dimensions are 15" x 17.3" x 5.5" (WDH), and units come in 208v or 240v power with a 6-15P power cord. The Garland SHBA2500 induction cooker has a hardy stainless steel exterior, ceran glass work top, and shielded electrical components that work together to give you years of reliable service and consistent results. Furthermore, the control is precise. It's a single rotary switch numbered from 1 to 12 with a quick heat-up. Coupled with Garland's innovative new technology for pan detection, you'll be getting even and efficient heat distribution every time.

Garland leads the industry with its large supply of induction products. Induction heat originates in the pan itself -- no pan, no heat. As a result, not only will you find your kitchen cooler, but cleaner with no charred remains on the cooktop. Some other benefits include more power (at least 70% more so than gas), faster heat up, and a greener environment!

The main difference between the Table Top Flat Slim Hob and the INSTINCT Table Top Flat Hob is that the Table Top Flat Slim Hob is the older model. Its control knob has a simple rotary switch numbered from 1 to 12. The INSTINCT Table Top Flat Hob has modernized controls.
