The boiler is rear mounted, fully insulated, and has a 3.5 gallon reservoir. The compartment door, cavity, and steam generator are all constructed of durable 14 gauge stainless steel. The dimensions (WDH) are 21" x 32.38" x 22.25".

Some other features exclusive to this countertop convection steamer are its steam cooking distribution via brass steam jets that produce a high velocity convection steam without the need for fans. It also has remote, probe-type, water level control that's easily accessible. And the door remains cool-to-the-touch throughout the cooking process.
