The Garland S680 Sentry Series is a medium-duty, electric range with tubular heating elements, either exposed or solid sealed. These ranges come in a variety of widths and are meant to be used commercially in restaurants. The Garland S684 is 60 inches wide, and the exterior is constructed of stainless steel. It's counterpart, the Garland SS684 has sealed tubular heating elements.

The Garland S684 and SS684 come equipped with a full-size convection oven with a complete porcelain interior finish. This porcelain is incredibly easy-to-clean; simply remove the rack guides and you could clean the entire oven with a rag. Other features include an electromechanical thermostat that can be adjusted from 66° to 288° Celsius.
