The Garland Master Series is a string of heavy-duty ranges with combination tops. They come in a wide variety of configurations and are meant for use in large commercial venues or institutions, as they can be linked together. Master Series configurations that feature open top burners are equipped with Garland's patented 2-piece Starfire open burners. These burners are constructed of stainless steel and fitted into top grates with cut-outs specifically meant for Starfire burners. This means heat is concentrated through the burner at high efficiency, with no open spaces for heat to seep through.

Top configurations of the Garland Master Series ranges are as follows: open burners and griddle combinations, open burners and hot top combinations, just open burners, just a griddle, and just hot tops. For the base you have a choice between a convection oven or a storage base. The convection option has a fully porcelain interior. Porcelain is naturally non-stick and extremely easy to clean. Simply lift and remove the rack guides and you can wipe it all down with a rag.

Another key feature of the Garland Master Series is that the range backs are front changeable. These ranges are highly customizable and feature a variety of different attachments like shelves and salamander broilers. If you need to add one of these to the range, you don't have to go through the trouble of moving the machine and getting behind it. Simply carry the accessory to your cooking area and change it from where the oven would normally be situated.
