The Garland GD-24GTH is a 24", thermostatically controlled, gas griddle. It is designed to stand alone or be banked with other members of Garland's GD series. The Garland GD-24GTH has piezo spark ignition. It also has an easy-to-clean, stainless steel front and sides. The cooking surface is 18" deep, and the griddle itself is .5" of thick polished steel with a 2.6" welded splash guard. Last but certainly not least, this griddle is NSF approved!
