The body of the Garland ED-36G has a clean design with a stainless steel front and sides. The controls are recessed for safety, with two heat-on indicator lamps per control switch. The griddle is polished steel and .5 inches thick, and there's a 2.6 inch welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate. Lastly, it's NSF approved!
