NSF-listed stainless steel hood that meets NFPA-96 requirements

Fast Kitchen Hoods' LP-SSH-16 is a wall-mounted restaurant grease exhaust hood built to NFPA-96 standards. It has a low profile for low ceilings or islands. All surfaces are constructed of solid 18 gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel and is NSF-listed. All external seams are welded, ground, and polished to the standard #4 finish. Its dimensions are 192 inches long (16 feet), by 42 inches deep, and 20 inches high.

Accessories are included: washable 25-inch high galvanized steel baffle grease filters, 2 grease buckets, 3-inch stainless steel spacer, 6 hanging brackets, 2 welded exhaust collars, and 4 light fixtures.

16 feet wide is considered an average size for this restaurant hood, but please note: hoods are highly customizable because kitchen sizes vary and so do appliances. For example, if you're using a wok, charbroiler, or steamer that has a higher smoke or steam output, you'll need a larger hood. This hood comes with a 10-year warranty against corrosion on normal use of the hoods. Must not be in contact with acids and acidic fumes or washed with corrosive cleaners.
