These Eurodib LM and Eurodib LR GM spiral mixers come in a variety of sizes, and can be ordered with either 1 speed or 2 speeds. As spiral mixers, they are specifically designed for bakeries, pizza shops, and pastry shops -- large foodservice operations that need to mix a wide variety of dough. From stiff doughs with low-hydration, to doughs with high-hydration (like ciabatta breads and pizza dough), spiral mixers can do it all.

The Eurodib LM and Eurodib LR GM spiral mixers come with a built in timer, which will allow you to program and set mixing times for various products. It includes a emergency stop and bowl guard switch for safety.
