The EFI RCTHP-12-2 is a double burner commercial hot plate that is 12" wide, with a 50,000 BTU output per hour. It has been made of a durable stainless steel that will resist corrosion and allow you to easily clean it, making it perfect for any restaurant or commercial kitchen as an addition to your range or as a replacement for a range.
