This is a 60-inch gas range with 2 ovens from EFI with a number of different configurations: you can get it with open burners or hot plates in different sizes and positions. It's been constructed with stainless steel in its front, back, sides, and the kick plate (including back guard and the high shelf). You can order this range in either natural gas or liquid propane.

The 12" x 12" cast iron top grates are 0.75" thick and are removable for easy cleaning. With the two ovens, you'll be getting 27,000 BTU per hour for each oven and they are both 26.5" x 26" x 14", and the pilot lights have a 100% safety shut off. All in all, you'll be getting a solid commercial range, with quality parts, materials, and construction.
