This is a 36-inch gas range from EFI with a number of different configurations: you can get it with open burners or hot plates in different configurations. It's been constructed with stainless steel in its front, back, sides, and the kick plate (including back guard and the high shelf). You can order this range in either natural gas or liquid propane.

The 12" x 12" cast iron top grates are 0.75" thick and are removable for easy cleaning. With the oven, you'll be getting 27,000 BTU per hour and its size is 26.5" x 26" x 14", and the oven's pilot has a 100% safety shut off. All in all, you'll be getting a solid commercial range, with quality parts, materials, and construction.
