This undercounter dishwasher from Serve Canada's "Dihr" brand is a powerful and efficient dishwasher that can work perfectly for a variety of foodservice establishments: coffee shops and restaurants could both use the DS50T high temp dishwasher.

It has three washing cycles — 90, 120, and 180 seconds — so it can do up to 40 racks per hour if your dishes don't require a longer wash cycle. It accepts regular 20" x 20" racks with a maximum dish clearance of 12.25".
