The Cookshack PZ400 is a one of a kind oven: it's a pellet-fired, wood-burning pizza oven, which will deliver consistent, delicious, hand-crafted artisan pizza. You'll be able to produce a delicious pizza cooked over real wood flames in just 3 minutes.

It's an extremely easy to operate machine, with no need to turn the pizza or manage the fire. It's also a versatile oven, with a temperature range from 170 to 900 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can cook a whole lot more than just pizza: give authentic flavour to calzones, Stromboli, bread, lasagna, desserts, and more.

One of the biggest benefits of this machine is its size. Unlike other wood fired pizza ovens, this is a compact machine, which doesn't have to be placed outside. It can be installed underneath a standard commercial hood. This is a high-quality wood-fired pizza oven that was made in the USA and will serve you trouble-free for many years to come.
