The Cookshack CB048 is a commercial wood burning charbroiler grill that gives you a delicious wood-grilled flavour, with an electronically controlled pellet-cooking system. This charbroiler is 100% fueled by food-grade wood pellets that are introduced into its firepot by an auger requiring a small amount of electricity to operate (which also means you don't need to worry about maintain the fire).

Your food will taste amazing when cooked over wood pellets, offering your customers a unique experience they'll be dying to come back for. This grill has heavy-duty cast iron grate, which will distribute the heat evenly, so you won't get any hot spots. The pellets are clean burning, so they'll produce very little ash and create low creosote buildup. This charbroiler will give you a real-wood smoke flavour and consistency with an easy to use machine.
