An electric, miniature combi oven with multiple cooking modes and touch screen controls

The Convotherm OES 10.10 ET MINI is a mini combi oven that holds a combination of different sheet pans. It features a boilerless injection system for steam, and a built-in, Convotherm cookbook with pre-programmed recipes. It also has the ability to store up to 250 recipes from 1 to 20 steps.

The dimensions (WDH) for the Convotherm OES 10.10 ET MINI are 20.25" x 34.25" 37.5". It can hold five 13 x 18 half-size pans, five 12 x 20 x 2.5 steam table pans, or five 12 x 20 wire fry baskets. It has easy-to-use, touch screen controls that allow you to use hot air, convection, steam, and combination cooking modes for a variety of different foods. Last but not least, it's made in Germany, which means quality!

Please note: though the OES 10.10 ET MINI steamer is optimally designed to be a five pan steamer, some pans have varying depth. This means the amount of pans you can fit into this steamer may vary. Ultimately, the above capacities and pan measurements aren't a hard and fast rule, as much as a guide for getting the best performance out of the machine.
