Some extra functions of this technology include "Crisp & Tasty": five moisture-removal settings; "BakePro": five levels of traditional baking; "HumidityPro": five humidity settings; and a controllable fan, which features five speed settings.

The Convotherm C4ED6.20 steamer has a multi-point core temperature probe and a door handle that has both a safety latch and a slam function. Additionally, this machine self cleans! The Convotherm C4ED6.20 is NSF approved and made in Germany.
