The Convotherm C4ED12.20 is an electric combi oven with dial controls. It fits 12 half-sized pans. The Convotherm model C4ED12.20EB comes with a boiler, and the C4ED12.20ES comes without a boiler. Additionally, this model comes with one (1) loading trolley.

This Convotherm combi steamer features a unique, advanced technology called "ACS+". This technology automatically controls heat and moisture based on the physical properties of the food being cooked. Some extra functions of this technology include "Crisp & Tasty": five moisture-removal settings; "BakePro": five levels of traditional baking; "HumidityPro": five humidity settings; and a controllable fan, which features five speed settings.

The Convotherm C4ED12.20 steamer has a multi-point core temperature probe and a door handle that has both a safety latch and a slam function. Additionally, this machine self cleans! The Convotherm C4ED12.20 is NSF approved and made in Germany.
