Carpigiani's PastoMaster 60 is a floor model ice cream base machine for frozen desserts such as ice cream, gelato, and custard, as well as puddings, syrups, and more. It can heat, mix, age, transfer mixes. It has 16 programs: 6 for frozen desserts, 3 for syrup, 5 for gourmet, and 2 for yogurt, plus 9 additional personalized programs. It's available with either air or water cooling.

It has a potential output of 30 litres (8 gallons) per hour, meaning you can increase output and decrease labour without sacrificing quality. You can prepare your own base mixtures with your own ingredients. It has an easy to use control panel, transparent lid that can be opened during production, and R452A refrigerant.

This machine comes with a 1-year parts warranty and a 90-day labour warranty.
