You can create recipes for dishes such as fruit jams, ganache cream, polenta, and more. It's available with either air or water cooling.

It has a potential output of 7.5 litres per hour, meaning you can increase output and decrease labour without sacrificing quality. The machine has 45 automatic programs, with modifiable temperatures, as well as 5 personalized programs. It also comes with a full recipe book and R134A refrigerant.

The spigot can accommodate thick products and the built-in faucet makes for easy cleaning. The safety closure protects ingredients and there is a protective cover to prevent splashing.
