Carpigiani's 193-SP-G is a countertop, gravity fed, soft serve ice cream machine for two flavours with a twist option and a 19-quart (18-litre) hopper. It is available in 3 configurations: air-cooled and 1-phase; air-cooled and 3-phase; water-cooled and 3-phase.

This model also has a hopper agitator for maintaining constant refrigerated temperature and preventing mixture separation. It has a consistency control system for measuring viscosity and quality control. The automatic heat treatment can be set a maximum interval of 42 days, which is ideal if you provide real dairy products.

It has the lowest number of parts to clean in the industry, plus a R449A refrigerant and NSF certification. The machine's standby mode keeps products in the freezing cylinder and mix hopper's temperature in the safe range. It's fed from the back of the cylinder, meaning priming is not needed. There are also audible signals for when a refill is needed.

This item comes with a 1-year parts warranty and 90-day labour warranty.
