Soft serve ice cream machine with variable consistency and sanitizing heat treatment

Carpigiani's 161-T-SP-G is an air-cooled countertop soft serve ice cream machine with gravity feed for a single flavour. It has the HOT system for setting the desired consistency of ice cream, for soft serve, custard, frozen yogurt, and sorbet.

The dispensing speed is adjustable. It has the potential hourly output of 15 litres, or 15 kilograms, depending on the room temperature and mix used. This model has an automatic sanitizing heat treatment, which can be set at a maximum interval of 42 days. The stand-by mode protects products' temperature in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder. The tank agitator has a variable speed.

The 161-T-G-SP has a 0.88 HP beater motor, a 5.3-quart (5-litre) hopper, 11.3 cubic feet of volume, and a R449A refrigerant. It features a rear chimney, making it optimal for installing in rows alongside each other.

This item comes with a 1-year parts warranty and 90-day labour warranty.
