A straight spatula for bakeries for spreading frosting, icing, filling, and more

These spatulas are available in five sizes: 4.5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, and 12 inches. These different sizes allow use for different-sized products. If you’re spreading icing on a large sheet of brownies, the 10” would be best. But if you’re icing a smaller cake or doing detail work like flowers, you would be best with a 6” or a 4.5”. The 6" model is sometimes used as a beer foam scraper. Most bakeries prefer having two or three spatulas on hand so there’s always a clean one ready to use. Bakers often use these to ice the sides of cakes, whereas they may use an angled spatula for the tops.
