A pre-seasoned frying pan which heats up quickly

This commercial frying pan from Browne is made of a visually-striking professional-grade black carbon steel, and is ideal for serving appetizers, sides, or desserts. It heats up very quickly and provides a nice even heat. It's suitable for use with metal utensils, and is perfect for baking, broiling, searing, or stir-frying.

Its non-stick properties will help delicate food while cooking. This frying pan can also be used as a serving piece for a beautiful tabletop presentation. It is available in 2 sizes: 10.5-inch or 12-inch diameter. The 12-inch model comes with an additional helping handle for more support.

This carbon steel pan has been pre-seasoned for a natural, easy-release finished that improves with use. It is PFOA- and PTFE-free. The thick body keeps the pan from warping during use, even in the most demanding commercial kitchens. It comes with offset riveted handles so that the handle will not loosen over time. It is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and can be put in an oven. This is part of Browne's award-winning Thermalloy series of cookware.
