A ventless deep fryer with a small footprint and automatic cook cycle counter

Broaster's VF-2 is an enclosed electric ventless countertop deep fryer with a round cooking well and 14-pound cooking oil capacity. It can cook up to 2 pounds of product per load and is available with a voltage of either 208 or 240. Kits with 4 replacement filters are also available.

You have the option to pre-program up to 100 different cooking cycles for fast preparation using the full-colour touch screen control panel. It has an automatic cook cycle counter to monitor production between filtering plus a built-in fire suppression system, which is in accordance with NFPA 17A. For extra safety, it also has a resettable high-temperature limit switch. The ventless operation uses a HEPA and charcoal 2-stage air filter cartridge.

The fryer has an auto-lift function for lowering and raising the bucket when required. The machine has a space-saving design for taking up less counterspace. The interior components are all dishwasher-safe and easy to remove.

This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
