Smokaroma is an electric pressure smoker which combines pressure cooking with pressure smoking for tasty results with meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, vegetables, and more. As an example, it can cook up to 18 racks of fresh bone-in ribs in 1 hour.

The Smokaroma has both hot and "cold" smoking capabilities: hot smoking means the heating elements and charring elements both operate while cold smoking just uses the charring element.

With pressure smoking, products shrink up to 40% less by retaining the natural juices. Cooking times and labour expenses are reduced. The machine automatically shuts off when the cooking cycle is finished. Any type of wood chips can be used.

This product comes with a 1-year warranty plus a 10-year repair and return warranty on the cooking well.
