The Broaster Instant Burger is an NSF-certified electric griddle for cooking hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, steakburgers, and more. It can cook 2 burgers in fewer than 60 seconds, or over 200 burgers an hour. The clamshell griddle uses direct energy transfer going through the meat, cooking it from the inside unlike traditional grills.

No pre-cooking or flipping is required thus reducing grease splatter. Waste is also greatly decreased. It requires no hood and only 23 inches of width and 16 inches of depth on a countertop. It has 2 cooking modes and a safety auto shut-off feature.

The griddle has a quick and simple cooking process and therefore clean-up is just as easy. It also doesn't have any heating elements. uses energy only during the cooking cycle, and doesn't need any warming up. The cooking plates can be easily removed for cleaning.
