A full-size convection oven with extra deep compartment

Blodgett's ZEPH-200-G SGL is a full-size gas convection oven with a bakery-sized baking compartment providing some extra depth, it can accommodate five 18 by 26-inch baking pans. There are 5 chrome-plated racks with 11 positions with a minimum spacing of 1-5/8 inches. Inside, the baking compartment has 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized liner and the steel combustion chamber is aluminized. There is a dual inlet blower wheel.

This Zephaire model's fan motor has 2 speeds and the 1/2 HP blower motor has automatic thermal overload protection. The oven has an output of 60,000 BTU per hour and features dual pane thermal glass windows within the stainless steel doors. It has a full angle iron frame and the front, top, sides and legs of the oven have a stainless steel construction. The doors have triple-mounted pressure lock design with turnbuckle assembly. The front control panel is also removable.

The solid state thermostat has a temperature control range from 200° to 500° Fahrenheit (93° to 260° Celsius.) There is solid state infinite control with separate dials for the timer and thermostat. The dual tube burners are removable and the 25-inch legs are adjustable.
