A full-size convection oven with Energy Star Certification

Blodgett's ZEPH-200-G-ES SGL is a full-size gas convection oven with a bakery-sized baking compartment providing some extra depth, it can accommodate five 18 by 26-inch baking pans. There are 5 chrome-plated racks with 11 positions with a minimum spacing of 1-5/8 inches. Inside, the baking compartment has 16 gauge double-sided porcelainized liner and the steel combustion chamber is stainless steel.

This Zephaire model is Energy Star-certified. It has 1-inch solid block plus 1-inch mineral fiber insulation for 2 inches total of insulation. The oven's fan motor has 2 speeds and its blower motor is 3/4 HP with automatic thermal overload protection. The oven has an output of 50,000 BTU per hour and features dual pane thermal glass windows within the stainless steel doors. It has a full angle iron frame and the front, top, and sides of the oven have a stainless steel construction.

The doors have triple-mounted pressure lock design with turnbuckle assembly. The solid state thermostat has a temperature control range from 200° to 500° Fahrenheit (93° to 260° Celsius.) There is solid state infinite control with separate dials for the timer and thermostat. The 25-inch stainless steel legs are adjustable.
