A powerful, heavy-duty blender with a sound enclosure to reduce noise

The Blendtec Stealth 885 commercial blender comes with a sound enclosure that will blend no louder than a normal conversation. To put this in perspective, a jet at take-off is about 100 decibels. A blender without a sound enclosure is around 80.

This commercial blender has up to 42 pre-programmed cycles to choose from, and you can blend anything from smoothies and milkshakes to soups and batters. If you want to customize a blend cycle, you can go to Blendtec's online Blend Wizard and update the machine via USB. The Blendtec 885 takes around 14 seconds to blend a drink. The blunt blade technology is stronger than regular blades.

This model has received an upgrade with a brushless motor -Blendtec's Stealth 885X. Everything that made the 885 great remains the same. What's changed is that the Blendtec 885X motor helps you blend drinks a little faster. For example, with the Titan X motor, you can also remove the jar without waiting for the motor to stop spinning.
