The BakeMax BMPME20 is a planetary mixer with a 20 quart capacity. It is 100% gear driven, and the mixer has a 3/4 HP motor that offers enough power to mix stiffer doughs and larger batches. It has manual, 3 speed controls, a simple start button, and an emergency stop button. It uses 8 amps of power.

Other features of the BakeMax BMPME20 is that it comes with a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip exclusively fitted for the model. For safety, it has an automatic shut-off for when the guard is opened at any speed. It has an all metal and die-cast aluminum body. The transmission is made of hardened alloy steel gears and all shafts are mounted in heavy-duty ball bearings. Lastly, it has a simple hand lift tool for changing the bowl.
