BakeMax's BMDGF5 is a commercial air fryer for making food taste like it's been deep fried, but without all the grease. This double decker fryer uses a combination of forced air and radiant heat along with elevated, perforated cooking baskets to get food crisp on the outside while still moist on the inside. Fry up to 5 pounds per batch per fryer with this model, which is available with 2 electrical configurations depending on your preference.

Greaseless fryers make healthier products with 20% to 40% less fat than regular deep frying. On average, they're also 30% to 40% faster than convection ovens. Plus, you don't have to deal with the mess and danger of hot oil.

You can use the colour LCD touch screen to create and edit up to 15 recipes with different names, times, and temperatures. This model can be used without a hooded vent system.

The BMDGF5 is made in America and comes with a 1-year warranty. A single-decker model is also available.
