The BakeMax BAKE40 has a 40 pound tank capacity and has been made with heavy duty stainless steel with a double layer access door, with 90,000 BTUs per hour. The side panels are galvanized steel, and the drain valve is 1.5" in diameter to allow for quick draining.

This fryer comes with a drain rod for easy cleaning of the drain tube and valve. And it also comes with twin chrome plated fryer baskets. You can order this machine in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane.
