A residential vacuum packaging to prepare for sous-vide cooking and preventing waste

The Atmovac CASA is Atmovac's residential vacuum packaging machine, otherwise referred to as a vacuum sealer. The chamber dimensions (WDH) are 13" x 12.25" x 4". It takes a max bag width of 12-inches, and it includes 20 vacuum seal bags and an external vacuum accessory for the times you don't want to use the chamber.

Chamber vacuum sealers seal by placing vacuum sealed food in the chamber and closing the lid. Once placed in the chamber, the sealer will equalize the pressure on both the inside and the outside of the bag, sealing your food in a manner of seconds. Chamber vacuum sealers are the best choice for larger portions of food.

Vacuum packaging food makes it more flavourable and helps prevent food waste. Sous-vide cooking is done by placing vacuum packaged food in boiling water.
