Afinox's Infinity Start 15 is a blast chiller and freezer with a 9-inch touch control system which allows you to search through hundreds of programs for whatever your cooling needs. It has a capacity of 15x 1/1 pans. The blast freezing capacity is 110 pounds, (can go from 194° Fahrenheit to -0.4° Fahrenheit in 4 hours) and the blast chilling capacity is 154 pounds, (can go from 194° F to 37° F in 90 minutes.)

The internal capacity is 10.9 cubic feet. There are 7 cycles including shock freeze, thaw, and of course, blast chill. These can be customized as automatic or manual. The chiller has a stainless steel construction.
