The CoolSteel RSPT27 is a 27-inch refrigerated prep table for prepping sandwiches and salads. The overall dimensions (WDH) are 27.5" x 31.5" x 41.5" and the interior dimensions (WDH) 24.2" x 19.8" x 23.5". This prep table has a stainless steel exterior, interior, and an aluminum back. The top includes and fits six, 1/6 GN pans and two, 1/9 GN pans, 4-inches deep.
