**Heavy-Duty Bowl Cutter:**
The cutter attachment features a durable grey polycarbonate 3 qt batch bowl with a handle for easy transfer of processed ingredients. It includes a smooth stainless steel “S” blade for fine or coarse mincing, sauce-making, and emulsifying. Optional coarse and fine serrated blades are also available.
The clear lid provides visibility, ensuring precise mixing without over- or under-processing.
**Versatile Vegetable Preparation Machine:**
The vegetable prep attachment accommodates a wide range of 23 stainless steel discs for slicing, ripple cutting, grating, and shredding various fruits and vegetables. It comes with a 2 mm grating and 4 mm slicing disc, ready for immediate use.
Two hoppers offer flexibility for slicing fruits and vegetables of any size. The large kidney-shaped hopper (12 square inches) handles bulky items like cabbage and celery, while the smaller cylindrical hopper (2 1/4 inches diameter) is ideal for narrow or delicate vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, and mushrooms.
Vertical pushers ensure uniform cuts while safeguarding hands and fingers during high-volume food processing.

Powered by a robust 1 HP direct drive induction motor, the R2N processes 10-30 meals per service session. It boasts quick preparation times, capable of producing mayonnaise, steak tartare, or carrot puree in under two minutes.
