Use the Cuber/Tenderizer Blade Set to cut into even the toughest meats for softening and tenderizing. The small cuts made by the 31 stainless steel blades also allow marinades to be absorbed further into the meat. Softer meats can also reduce cooking times. The blade set comes in protective clamshell packaging for storage. The Manual Jerky Slicer is sold separately (item 07-3808-W-A).
