To promote product removal and reduce waste, the pan interior has a spoonable bottom, rounded corners, and smooth finish. Unlike the interior, the pan exterior is textured to obscure wear and tear and provide a slip-resistant bottom. This pan is made of durable, dishwasher-safe polycarbonate that supports heavy-duty applications. Its reinforced corners resist breaking, chipping, and cracking; it can be stacked with other half-size pans in storage areas.
