The Carter-Hoffmann CNH18 Crisp-N-Hold food station is designed to keep fried foods warm and maintain their crispiness after cooking. Its textured holding bay encourages airflow around items, preventing them from becoming soggy. Featuring two dividers, the station can hold up to three types of food or accommodate a larger batch by removing the dividers. The electromechanical thermostat is preset to maintain a consistent 190°F, while built-in blowers circulate air through ducts to ensure even heating. For easy operation, it includes a simple on/off switch, and the front polycarbonate rail protects users from accidental burns. To promote efficient use, air intake passes through a filter that removes excess oil, which then drains into a collector pan located at the bottom of the unit. Both the filter and collector pan can be removed for hassle-free cleaning.
