Using its signature Halo Heat technology, this cabinet envelops food in a gentle, controlled heat that preserves natural moisture and texture. Unlike steam or forced air, Halo Heat’s radiant warmth ensures flavors are retained and meals stay tender in a stable, sealed environment.

With space for six full-sized 12” x 20” pans or up to 60 pounds of food, the cabinet supports even the busiest kitchens while keeping dishes as hot and fresh as when they were prepared.
